BLue’s Cancellation Policy
Please read the following agreement carefully to avoid any late-cancellation fees.
A valid card is required to have on file before booking your appointment. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice. Anything after the 24 hour mark will result in a charge totaling 50% of any service(s) booked.
If your cancellation fee is not paid, you can not book another appointment until that fee is settled.
STANDING APPOINTMENTS:
Standing appointments create a permanent block in the employee's schedule which is why a late cancellation or no show is even more detrimental.
Standing appointments must be cancelled at least 48 business hours in advance. Late cancellations or no shows will result in a 50%-100% charge of any service(s) booked.
Late cancellations create gaps in the stylist's day that can not be filled without a timely notice. We do understand emergencies can happen, but we hope you can understand the importance of upholding this policy to everyone.
